Despite the FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 rising above their 200 day simple moving averages - an indicator I really like, if you didn't already notice - there doesn't appear to be a lot of options when it comes to possible purchases.
I looked over the weekend and found a handful of new 52 week highs. There were ten or so which may be worth looking further into. This week I will check and invest if they prove to be valid opportunities.
In terms of commodities there were a couple of decent trading possibilities and so I pulled the trigger on them. These trades will figure in next week's update.
Bitcoin continues to rise, $18,600 today.
I do enjoy reading the excited predictions of people who have invested. One wealth coach urged people to buy a few thousand dollars' worth and then, as she put it, "you'll be sorted for life".
If only it were that easy!
